Our Story
Iconic Vines. Storied Wines. A Modern Legacy. T-Vine Winery was founded in 1992 by Napa native Greg Brown, whose winemaking journey began after a bottle of old-vine Grenache was shared on a park bench in France. Inspired by its rustic charm and vibrant personality, Greg returned home with a vision: to champion California’s overlooked heritage vineyards and produce wines with purpose.
From the start, T-Vine set itself apart—sourcing fruit from gnarly, head-trained vines across the state and crafting small-lot wines bursting with character. For decades, the winery earned a loyal following for its unapologetically rich Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Grenache, drawn from some of the oldest vines in California.
In the early 2010s, a new chapter began. The Regusci family, longtime farmers and winemakers in Napa Valley, took stewardship of T-Vine. Jim Regusci, a third-generation farmer with deep roots in Stags Leap District, saw an opportunity to preserve the brand’s rustic soul while refining its purpose. Alongside winemaker Bill Nancarrow, the team infused new life into T-Vine’s portfolio while honoring its roots.
Today, T-Vine isn’t about a destination; it’s about what’s in the bottle. We continue to partner with legendary growers to source fruit that speaks of place and perseverance.
Each wine we craft is a tribute to old vines, to untamed flavor, and to the people who make it all possible. Delivered directly to your doorstep, T-Vine wines are for those who appreciate history in a glass, depth in every sip, and bold character without pretense.
